I’m am R2R, Rec2Rec, Recruit to Recruit professional with over 19 years of experience gained in Recruit 2 Recruit & Executive recruitment.
My work initially focused on R2R across the UK but as my experience grew so did my service offerings which allowed me to work with SME & International consultancies across the globe.
Before moving to Australia I was previously a Founding Director & Head of International for a highly respected UK based R2R business launched in 2006. In 2010 my work shifted to focus on offering recruitment solutions into the Middle East, Americas, Asia and Australia. In this role I purely focused on R2R across all levels from Consultant to Senior Management with companies who supply recruitment into but not limited to; Construction, Property & Engineering, IT & Technology, Professional Services, Medical & Healthcare, Warehousing & Logistics.
In 2016, based in Australia, Preston James R2R, Rec2Rec, Recruitment to Recruitment was launched, with a clear focus on the Australia market but with a long term plan to expand our reach in multiple locations across Australia & Overseas.
